Dragons game canceled, refund information available

DAYTON — The Midwest League game between the Dayton Dragons and the Quad Cities River Bandits was canceled due to rain Wednesday night, May 7.
Since the game was the final scheduled game of a three-game series and the teams are not scheduled to meet again in this half of the season, the game will not be made up.
Extras
For fans holding tickets for the game, there are two options:
(a) Fans can exchange their May 7 game tickets for a ticket of equal or lesser value; or fans may exchange one (1) stadium seating bowl ticket for two (2) lawn tickets for any remaining Dragons home game during the 2008 season. This can be done via the Dragons Box Office.
(b) Fans may receive a full refund by completing a rainout form available at the Dragons Box Office or on the Dragons Web site at www.daytondragons.com. Tickets must be included with the form and returned to the Dragons' front office at Fifth Third Field. Refunds will be issued by check and will be mailed within 30 days.

The Dragons open a four-game series with Great Lakes at 7 p.m. Thursday at Fifth Third Field. Right-hander Matt Klinker (2-1, 2.49) will start for Dayton against Great Lakes right-hander Justin Miller (2-2, 0.91).
The Dragons, winners of eight of their last 10 games, have an 18-12 record and are in first place, one game ahead of West Michigan in the Midwest League's Eastern Division.
