Waring blasts Dragons to 3-2 win at Peoria

PEORIA, Ill. — Brandon Waring hit two home runs, including a tie-breaking shot in the ninth inning to lead the Dayton Dragons to their third straight victory, 3-2 over the Peoria Chiefs on Tuesday, April 29.
Dragons reliever Joseph Krebs (3-1) pitched a scoreless bottom of the ninth to earn the win. Dayton improved to 13-10 and is 3-1 on this six-game road trip, which continues against the Chiefs at 7:30 p.m. today.
