Bengals sign Seahawks receiver off of waivers

CINCINNATI — The Bengals acquired wide receiver Travis Brown off waivers from Seattle.
Brown, a 6-foot-3, 202-pound rookie from New Mexico, was a first-team All-Mountain West Conference selection his junior and senior years.
