No. 1 Greg Murphy (1972)

Drafted by the New York Mets in 1976 and played two years in their minor-league system. Played basketball and baseball at Wittenberg University, and was selected to the school's hall of fame. Named to the 1976 All-Ohio Athletic Conference baseball team, when he batted .509. All-Western Ohio League in baseball, basketball and football.

No. 2 Randy Ayers (1974)

Named All-Ohio and United Press International basketball Player of the Year as a senior in 1974 and twice named Western Ohio League Player of the Year. Played four years at Miami University and graduated in 1978. Was named second-team All-Mid-American Conference as a senior and was selected to Miami?s Hall of Fame.

No. 3 Mike Davis (1990)

A star defensive back who also ran track, he played football at the University of Cincinnati. Drafted in the fourth round by the Houston Oilers in 1994 and played for the Cleveland Browns in 1995.

No. 4 Mike Armstrong (1966)

All-around athlete who participated in four sports at North — football, basketball, swimming and baseball.

No. 5 Derrick Buford (1987)

The first athlete at North to earn a varsity letter in all four years of high school. Named All-Ohio in football as a senior. He lettered in football four years at Eastern Michigan University.

No. 6 Craig Taylor (1972)

1972 United Press International and Western Ohio League basketball Player of the Year. Played at Ohio State and was a team captain in 1976. Holds school records in blocks and is among the school?s best in scoring and rebounds.

No. 7 Larry Nickels (1969)

Ran track and played football and was named Most Valuable Player of both sports as a senior. Set several University of Dayton football records and was named the Most Valuable Player in 1972. Drafted by the Detroit Lions.

No. 8 Jabbar Threats (1993)

Western Ohio League Defensive Player of the Year in 1992 and also named All-Western Ohio League basketball player. Played for the NFL?s Jacksonville Jaguars in 1997 and 1998.

No. 9 Nick Myers (1997)

Named All-Western Ohio League in football and played at Michigan State. Played arena football for the Chicago Rush as a lineman.

No. 10 Nick Wagner (2001)

In 2001, was named Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association, Gatorade and Western Ohio League baseball Player of the Year, and was an All-American. He played at Georgia Tech and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 2004.
