JAMESTOWN — Emily Folino is a workout warrior.
Everyday, the Greeneview senior is the first athlete to arrive at practice and the last to leave, said Greeneview track coach Tim Aronhalt — and that's what makes her so strong on the track.

"She works extremely hard," Aronhalt said. "She takes her work pretty serious. She's driven to succeed in everything she does.
"She's pretty special."
Folino, who will run at Wright State University next fall, is hoping to make a run to the Division II Ohio state track and field meet in both the 100-meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles.
She competed in the D-II/III Indoor state track and field meet on Saturday, March 15, finishing seventh in the 60 hurdles with a time of 9.88, but wants to make it to Columbus.
"I want to see what the outdoor state meet is like," Folino said. "I want to go up there to run and compete."
At the D-II regional meet last spring, she barely missed out, finishing sixth in the 100 hurdles and seventh in the 300 hurdles. She knows what it will take to get her to Columbus this year.
"A lot of hard work," Folino said. "I've been training all year trying to improve the little things."
Folino holds the Rams' school record in the 300 hurdles (47.56). She also ran on the 400 relay (51.51) and 1,600 relay (4:14.72) record-setting teams, and is working toward the 100 hurdles record.
"I want to get as many records as I can before I go to college," Folino said.
The Rams will look for their third straight Ohio Heritage Conference meet victory, beginning with prelims and field events on Monday, May 12 at Mechanicsburg. The meet will finish up with finals on Thursday, May 15.
Aronhalt said Folino has been a big part of Greeneview's OHC titles. She's also been a great role model for the younger athletes, thanks to her hard work.
Aronhalt said she never misses a workout and crams as much training as possible into each practice.
"She realizes the value in it and it shows in her results," Aronhalt said.
