Wayne to play Centerville in crucial GWOC matchup

OK, so Friday's Wayne at Centerville baseball game probably won't draw as many spectators as their football matchup.
But like those great fall games, there's just as much at stake for these Greater Western Ohio Conference rivals.

At 8-4 overall, Centerville is tied with Fairmont atop the GWOC Central Division, both at 2-0.
Tough-luck Wayne is 5-6 overall and 0-2 in the Central. But the Warriors proved how well they're capable of playing on Tuesday, stunning Northmont 11-7.
That was the T-Bolts' second straight loss after posting 14 consecutive wins.
