There ought to be a law against skateboarders riding down the middle of Mitchell Blvd. when perfectly good sidewalks are available. It’s a tragedy waiting to happen. And now that I think about it, there ought to be a law against mobs of teenagers walking down the middle of city streets, causing people to have to almost come to a complete stop before taking their good old time moving out of your way. Or someone enforcing those laws.
