It is obvious Republicans will do nothing which may aid in the economic recovery because, if the economy gets stronger, so will (Barack) Obama’s ratings. It seems their plan is to keep the economy in the toilet until the next presidential election, at which time they will be able to blame Obama for not helping our country grow. But at least I can now bring a gun into a bar. Thanks for that!
OK, Terrelle Pryor and company. How do you like the 2010 season now? It is your fault this situation took place. How do you like knowing you worked your tails off for a season that is now gone? That said, it is ridiculous to treat this? “TattooGate” scandal as anything important. This is one rule that makes no sense. The kids traded their own personal belongings for tattoos so, other than stupidity for ruining their appearances, what harm was really done? The NCAA needs to take a reality check sometime.

The attack on public unions since the Republican takeover in January has been pretty successful. No union halls are left in Clark County. This is just the broken-record mantra of the Republican Party. You may as well say that you are not expanding because of the fear of Sharia Law, which is pretty nonexistent also.
(John) Kasich, on “Face the Nation,” showed his arrogance with “I fixed Ohio” (repeatedly). Even Bob Schieffer had to tell him to shut up and let the others speak. It’s time for Kasich and the General Assembly to shut up and let the voters speak.
Now they’re spilling oil in the Yellowstone River, which runs through some of the most beautiful land anywhere. These oil companies are always whining about too much regulation. Looks like they need a lot more regulation.
My son is permanently wheelchair-bound. Every trip to a store or doctor results in frustration because no handicapped parking is available. Attending events at the Performing Arts Center? No parking! Businesses — and physicians need to — add more accessible parking as the number of handicapped-parking permits increases.
