My experience farming and operating a service business has prepared me for the challenges that face our township. With the economic downturn, I realize there will not be as much money available to the township and I would squeeze every bit of production out of each dollar.

When faced with a problem, I use common sense to solve it. I am very decisive and do not “sit on the fence.” I will deal with issues fairly and try to resolve them quickly with the goal of doing my best for Pleasant Twp.

Operating a service business for over 30 years has given me valuable experience in listening and working with people to solve problems so that everyone benefits.

I am a team player and always open to other views and concerns. Attending township meetings, I have gained valuable knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of a trustee.

Pleasant Twp. is a community of solid people with good values. It is a great place to live and raise a family and I want to help keep it that way.

I would appreciate your vote on Nov. 3.
