Did President Obama again sense the need to defend and propose his Marxist agenda, or was it simply that his ego demands a weekly television appearance? His news conference on June 29 was as puzzling as his motives. This car-salesman approach has only cemented a disbelief in anything the president sells. The 30 months of his governmental strategies have produced only fiscal disaster — as predicted by economists.
President Obama has once again shown his disturbing ignorance of how our economy actually functions. His determination not to allow the government to shrink, but to grow unrestrained, has blinded his common sense. His entire presidency is a demonstration of the flaws in his theory that putting more money into the branches of government is the solution to any problem. ...
Increasing taxes on businesses or businessmen only results in higher costs of the products the company generates. Companies do take a loss when their profit structure is altered; they, of course, pass the increased operating expense onto the consumer (the final payer of the government extortion).
Tightening the profits produces a reduction in employees and less company expansion. If taxes in one particular area strangle profits, the only option the company has is to either relocate or close.

They do what they are told
Does anyone remember what our elected officials are supposed to be doing in Washington? I don’t see anything which represents our district. I see politicians talking about issues which have little or nothing to do with their district.
They appear to have taken courses in herding. They do what they are told by their leadership, like a herd of sheep, regardless of whether it’s conceptually sound for the citizens. How is it possible for every member of a party to vote the same way for a bill? Did we elect our politicians to be told how they are to vote by senators and representatives in other states?
Where is the honor, the integrity? It’s time for the voters to stand up and throw these sheep out to pasture.
