jailed for violence

Kevin M. Wright, 21, of 443 Blose St., Tremont City, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence Sunday, May 11, according to a sheriff's report.
Wright assaulted a woman he knew at his home around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the report.
Wright was ordered into court.
Man faces robbery,
assault charges
David S. Ward, 28, address at large, was arrested on charges of robbery and assault Saturday, May 10, according to a police report.
Ward hit a woman he knew and took her purse in the 700 block of Stanton Avenue around 7:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the report.
Ward was taken to Clark County Jail.
Man arrested on

Darren D. Pikey, 42, of 241 Chestnut Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault Saturday, May 10, according to a police report.
Pikey slapped and grabbed the throat of a woman he knew at his home around 8 p.m. Saturday, according to the report.
Pikey was taken to Clark County Jail.
Car, electronics
reported stolen
Thefts reported to police and sheriff's deputies included:
• A man from the 100 block of North Greenmount Avenue reported a Mercury Marquis, valued at $1,000, stolen from the 2400 block of East Main St. between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. Saturday, May 10.
• A woman from the 8900 block of Miami Shelby Road, Piqua, reported electronics, valued at $1,370, stolen from the first block of West Leffel Lane between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Sunday, May 11.
