Woman suspected of robbing Speedway


Officers are investigating a suspected robbery of the Speedway station on the corner of U.S. 36 and Scioto Street, according to reports.

Initial emergency dispatch traffic indicated a robbery occurred at the gas station around 3 a.m. Monday.

Police dispatch traffic indicated the robbery may have possibly been done by a woman.

Police said the woman could have possibly been wearing a yellow jacket and something to cover her face.

The woman demanded cash from the clerk, according to reports.

No other immediate details were available.
