Suicidal man found after search, taken to hospital

Yellow Springs police put schools on lock down today as they searched for a man who threatened to harm himself.

Yellow Springs police said the 24-year-old got into an argument with his family, and threatened to harm himself before running into nearby woods. Police searched for the man for about 30 minutes, and once found, he was taken to an area hospital.

It’s unclear if any charges will be filed.
