Brooke Elaine Jacks, 19, of 1524 Titus Road, was arrested on a charge of felonious assault.
Jacks allegedly threw a beer bottle at a man, striking him in the cheek, police said, then attempted to hit him and another man with a car about 12:55 a.m. Friday, July 3, in the 200 block of South Clairmont Avenue. One of the men then pepper-sprayed Jacks, police said.
She was taken to the Clark County Jail.
