Truck flips, driver ejected on Old Columbus Road

HARMONY TWP. — One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Old Columbus Road Monday afternoon.
The driver of a pickup truck reportedly lost control of his vehicle in the 8500 block of Old Columbus Road just east of Buena Vista Road.
The driver, whose name hasn’t been released, was reportedly thrown from the vehicle as the truck tumbled across the right side of the road and landed on its top.
The victim was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center, officials said.
It is unknown what type of injuries the victim suffered.
Traffic was restricted to one lane for more than an hour as crews worked the scene.
No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported.
