Mostly cloudy today, highs in upper 40s

SPRINGFIELD — Clouds will linger this afternoon, but the sunshine is expected to return later in the week, according to Accuweather.com.

A high of 47 degrees is in the forecast, dropping to 35 degrees by tonight.

Warmer weather will move in Tuesday, with a high of 54 degrees and sunshine continuing throughout the week, according to Accuweather.
