Make people that own cats get a licence just like dogs, it's not fair that people who own dogs only have to get them.

I think a free spay and neuter clinic would be great .the veternanians that are lining there pockets should do the right thing by donating some of there services to help with the animal over- population.

Let's take the money people give to teach the illegal immigrants how to speak english and give that money to care for the animals - at least the animals were born here - the animals are a product of our local problem with people not caring for them - the illegals simply drain all our job and medical resources leaving the locals 2nd to them.
What is really happening?

What business isn't hurting? We can't give give give all the time to all the places that want.I think most people have given till they can't give anymore, we'll see that more with the county fairs this year in the livestock buying. Maybe they need a FREE spay and neutur clinic.
