A fire destroyed a garage in Champaign County today, Dec. 11, although no one was hurt.

Crews from the Urbana Fire Division, as well as the Johnson St. Paris Joint Fire District responded to the fire on Vance Road between Old Troy Pike and Nettlecreek Road around 8 a.m.

The garage was destroyed, and firefighters are still on the scene. The fire is now under control.
