ENON— A three or four-year-old female was run over by a trailer during the Fourth of July parade in Enon around 2 p.m. today. The child was transported by CareFlight to Children’s Medical Center of Dayton.
The injury happened at the intersection of Dayton Road and Enon Road. At this time it is unclear if she fell off of the trailer or was struck by it.
“Right now the investigation is pending,” Troy Callahan, Enon’s police chief said. “We are getting conflicting reports.”
