Diamondback is great, but it's the tallest and fastest roller coaster at Kings Island, not the longest.

I loved it. It relaxed me. The air time is great, and very smooth ride. Had a great day.

Great ride!!!! On opening day we waited about 2 1/2 hours in the morning but worth the wait...I ended up riding it 3 times and everytime the waiting period got short. But anyway if you like rollercoasters then ride this!!!

14,000 to 15,000 per hour? Now that would be a sight to see. More like 1400 to 1500 per hour. The crew did an awesome job getting everyone through as quickly as possible. Diamondback is great addition to Kings Island.

Another great coaster for KI. I don't understand why the Diamondback is being touted the longest the park has ever had, The Beast is 7,400ft of track which is a lot longer than the Diamondback??

I believe the number of deaths at the park is four. One due to a person in a forbidden area of the park, one due to incorrect safety harnesses due to the person who died being drunk, and the electicutions of two at the pond at about where DiamondBack will splash down. Jason is correct that the chances of death on the drive to and from the park are much, much higher.

i am sorry about your brother. but realisticly, anyone has a 100% greater chance dying on hte way to the park in a car than on a coaster or any other ride. we all take that chance when we ride. just as we do getting in the car to drive there. absolutely no disrespect intended.

Have you ever asked yourself how many people have died at King Island? I do everyday, my brother was one of them. :(
