O’Charley’s restaurant, 1830 N. Bechtle Ave., is participating in Here’s To You Frequency Guest Card, a company-wide loyalty program that offers free appetizers and entrees with purchases.

The program starts today, Nov. 4 and includes a sweepstakes contest.

Customers who receive five stamps — one stamp for every entree purchased — earn a free entrĂ©e. O’Charley’s e-CLUB members will receive a virtual frequency card that can be printed from their e-mail inbox with two pre-stamped entrees on it.

Three stamps on a card earns club members a free Southwestern Twisted Chips appetizer.

The program also features an “Enter To Win” sweepstakes contest where one grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and five second place winners will receive $100 each.

The sweepstakes contest ends on or about February 15, 2010.

O'Charley's needs to improve their service. Recently, a friend and I went there for dinner. We were seated and served drinks right away and told our server would be with us shortly. 15 minutes later we were still waiting. They weren't busy. People who came in after us were served. The manager was just ambling around looking bored. Finally we just left and never went back.
