Division I

1. Middletown (0-1): The Middies gave St. Xavier everything they had, including 312 yards rushing and three TDs from senior QB Jalin Marshall. But that still wasn’t enough in a 43-39 shootout setback; at Springfield.

2. Wayne (1-0): Warriors bump Centerville after QB Javon Harrison (9 of 16, 195 yards) and WR Jesse Bray (5-148, two TDs) were lights out in 30-20 defeat of Winton Woods; host Canton McKinley on Saturday night.
