Sarah Ann Blount, who will be a sophomore at Wright State next season, competed at the U.S. Track and Field Junior Olympic Regional Championships last weekend at Cedarville University.
Blount, of Thurgood Marshall High School, qualified for the national meet (July 23-29 in Baltimore) by placing third in the triple jump (10.48 meters) and javelin (23.48).
