He grabbed 12 in a 60-54 win over St. Joe’s on Wednesday. He also made two 3-pointers in three attempts. He was 7-for-35 on 3’s going into the game.

About Temple: The Owls handed Syracuse its first loss this year in the Gotham Classic. … Wyatt scored 25 points in an 89-88 home win over Charlotte on Wednesday and is averaging 25.0 in his last eight games. He also leads the Owls with 4.0 assists per game. … Jake O’Brien, a 6-9 forward who came to Temple as a graduate student from Boston University, scored 22 points off the bench against Charlotte. He’s ninth in the A-10 in 3-point shooting (42.4).
