About Wittenberg: The Tigers had a four-game losing streak end with a 49-42 loss to Taylor at home last Saturday in the championship game of the Charles B. Zimmerman Memorial Classic. In two of their three losses, the Tigers have scored 41 and 42 points. In their other nine games, they haven’t scored fewer than 61 points. … After losing five straight games to Ohio Wesleyan from 2007-09, the Tigers have won six in a row in the series. They won 57-55 and 66-58 last season. … Collins ranks seventh in the NCAC with 3.1 assists per game. … Leahy is sixth in the NCAC in free-throw percentage (45-of-56, 80 percent).

About Ohio Wesleyan: The Battling Bishops have won seven games in a row. Their only loss is to No. 4 Rochester, 83-68 on Nov. 25. Like Wittenberg, they own victories over Marietta and Capital. In NCAC play, they have beaten Allegheny, Kenyon and DePauw. … Ohio Wesleyan also started 10-1 last season, but it finished 20-8 and in third place in the NCAC at 11-5. … Tecumseh graduate Chase Culbertson is a freshman wing for Ohio Wesleyan. … Winters leads the NCAC with eight assists per game. Rogers is the league’s top shot blocker with 2.7 per game.
