About Wittenberg: The Tigers are tied with Oberlin, Denison and Wabash for second place in the NCAC. Wooster and Ohio Wesleyan lead the way at 4-0. … Wittenberg has swept Kenyon in the regular season the last three seasons and leads the all-time series 88-11. … The Tigers lead the NCAC in scoring defense (58.1 points per game) and rank second in rebounding margin (plus 8.2). … Four of Wittenberg’s last five opponents have shot worse than 35 percent from the field, and the Tigers have held nine opponents under 40 percent this season.

About Kenyon: The Lords’ only NCAC win is against DePauw (68-64). They have lost to Denison (74-70), Wooster (89-62) and Ohio Wesleyan (81-69). … Kenyon is last in the NCAC in 3-point shooting (27 percent). … Kenyon’s leading scorer is Ikenna Nwadibia, a 6-2 guard who’s averaging 16.9 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. He has started 11 games, but he didn’t play in the team’s last game, a 68-66 victory over Emory & Henry on Jan. 3. Lebowitz won that game with a jump shot with five seconds remaining.

Coach Bill Brown on Kenyon: “Kenyon is very experienced. They have nice size. They have the second-best athlete in the league in Nwadibia. He almost averages a double-double. They play extremely hard.”
