1. GMVWA Holiday Tournament, Dec. 28-29

The Nutter Center will once again host the annual Holiday gathering of the top teams from the area.

2. SWOWCA Glenn Sample Classic, Dec. 15-16

The annual early-season showcase at Harrison features most of the top teams from the Cincinnati area, including Ross, the top-ranked small school in Cincinnati

3. Graham vs. Lakewood St. Edward, Jan. 19

The annual showdown between the state and national heavyweights returns to St. Paris; St. Ed is on a two-year win streak.

4. First round of OHSAA state team tournament, Jan. 23

In its first year, the team tournament will be played throughout the area as teams try to advance to the final four.

5. GWOC tournament, Feb. 1-2

In year’s past, the tournament has been a rout, but this year may be closer. Centerville is favored, but a pack could be close behind.
