Police: Drunken man did not fall from window


Police initially thought a man was injured today after falling from a hotel’s third-story window, but soon determined he was drunk, fell, and broke his legs.

Initial reports indicated the man fell from a third story window at Comfort Inn on Raydo Circle. Medics asked for CareFlight to respond to Springfield Regional Medical Center to transport the patient.
