Warmer temps are on the way

DAYTON —

Look for high clouds Wednesday afternoon with highs in the lower 40s. Clouds will thin out tonight and temperatures will drop into the 20s to Thursday morning.

Thursday should be sunny through the afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 40s.

Clouds Thursday night will keep us from dropping below the low 30s, but clouds should clear out Friday morning and with afternoon sun and a high near 50.

The weekend still looks sunny with highs in the lower 50s and lows near freezing.

Similar conditions are expected for Monday.

For the rest of next week, showers are possible locally and throughout the Ohio Valley and lower Great Lakes later Tuesday into Wednesday morning, but no heavy or widespread rain or snow is expected.

We’ll see some dry and mild air for Wednesday night and Thursday. Expect Thanksgiving to start in the 30s with sunshine and highs in the 50s or warmer.
