SPRINGFIELD —

Mobile phones and money were among several stolen from a school bus carrying a girls soccer team.

Jamestown’s Greeneview High School girls soccer coach reported to police multiple items had been stolen from members of the team while the bus was parked at Catholic Central High School’s Hallinean Field, 1901 S. Fountain Ave., on Oct. 2.

Witnesses reported seeing five males casing the parking lot, but told police they believed the males were not suspects.

Five of the team members reported items stolen, which included phones, money, purses and clothes.

No suspects have been named.
