Mother opens up about death

BELLEFONTAINE — Deborah Neeley said Thursday she hates her longtime boyfriend who is now accused of killing her daughter.

“He makes me sick with everything in his whole being and I hope he gets what he deserves,” Neeley said.

That’s what Neeley, who lives in Bellefontaine, told WHIO-TV in an interview with the station Thursday, along with Larry Brown. They are the parents of Tiffany Brown, a 26-year-old mother found stabbed to death in Neeley’s basement.

Samuel K. Littleton II, Neeley’s former boyfriend, was arrested in West Virginia on Wednesday on charges of murder, felonious assault, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. He is fighting extradition to Ohio.

Everyone trusted Littleton and thought they knew him, Neeley told WHIO-TV. Littleton told her before he fled to West Virginia that he intended to go to the police and clear his name.

She guessed that perhaps Tiffany Brown walked in on Littleton doing something that he didn’t want her to tell Neeley about.

Although Littleton is fighting his extradition, Neeley said he will have to answer to her some day.

“He’ll have to face me,” she said. “And God help him.”

Both Neeley and Larry Brown told WHIO-TV it was unreal hearing during their daughter’s funeral Wednesday that Littleton had been found and arrested.

“It doesn’t bring her back, but it makes people feel more comfortable,” Larry Brown said.
