YELLOW SPRINGS —

An Ohio restaurant is offering a $100 reward after a customer’s backpack was stolen there.

The backpack contained a live chicken named Falcon.

It was stolen Jan. 5 from Peach’s Bar and Grill in Yellow Springs.

The customer, who was there to see a band, said he had to carry the chicken with him in the bag because it is his traveling companion.

The owners of Peach’s are offering a reward for the chicken in order to help the man get it back.

The person who took it is welcome to return the chicken to the bar and no questions will be asked. Anyone with information is asked to call the bar at (937) 767-4850.
