Joshua W. Gentner, 23, of Vandalia, DUI, guilty, three days jail, 12 months driver’s license suspension, three days jail, fined $375.

Virgil Wayne Miller, 56, of 3102 Columbus Road., disorderly conduct, guilty, fined $150.

Bradley H. Morgan, 35, of Medway, OVI, guilty, 60 days jail, 50 days suspended, two years driver’s license suspension, one year probation, fined $525; operating a motor vehicle without valid operator’s license and left of center, dismissed.

Joshua R. Pyle, 24, of Tremont City, domestic violence, assault and aggravated menacing, dismissed.

Jonathon T. Ray, 20, of 1704 Highland Ave., OVI, driving under suspension, speed, seat belt, dismissed; underage DUI, continued.

Arnett Everett Arnett Jr., 43, of Oak Hill, interference with custody, guilty, 90 days jail, fined $500.

Jeremy D. Clark, 24, of 703 Lionel Drive, failure to pay reinstatement fee and failure to control, dismissed.

Jaimie Lee Dowler, 24, of 23 N. Shaffer St., Apt. 2, theft, guilty, 30 days jail, suspended.

Hunter Tab E. Hunter, 35, of 3706 Rebert Pike, OVI amended to to disregard of safety, guilty, three days of jail, suspended, fined $500, traffic control device, dismissed

Timothy S. Ervin, 21, undetermined address, offenses/underage persons, aggravated menacing, dismissed, domestic violence, guilty, 30 days jail, suspended; obstructing official business amended to disorderly, guilty, 10 days jail, suspended fined $100.
