The man accused of driving his truck into a motorcycle, killing a retired Springfield patrolman and injuring his wife in July, was indicted on several charges Tuesday by the Clark County Grand Jury.

Christopher Stewart, 48, of 1216 Cherokee Drive, was indicted on aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs stemming from the July crash that killed William Parks, 60, and seriously injured Cindy Parks, 57.

Stewart’s truck was traveling south on Yellow Springs Street when it went left of center and struck the motorcycle, ejecting both riders, according to the crash report.

He was convicted of driving intoxicated six times between 1992 and 2011 and has multiple driving with a suspended license convictions, according to court records.

The grand jury also returned the following indictments:

Jason Silvers, 21, 1606 Highland Ave., aggravated robbery.

Brian Stoops, 44, at large, forgery and receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Reed, 47, Columbus, forgery.

Angel Ballein, 33, 1510 Linden Ave. passing bad checks.

Andrew Burton, 53, 503 Chestnut Ave., burglary.

Casey Foland, 20, 1001 N. Buena Vista Road, South Vienna, domestic violence.

Rashaad Bentley, 21, 1627 East St., trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin, carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Tiara Trent, 19, 315 S. Burnett Road, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin, carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Harold Reynolds, 28, at large, robbery.

Devona Caffee, 41, 11704 Gerlaugh Road, Medway, domestic violence.
