A man accused of robbing the BP station on East Main Street last year was indicted by the Clark County grand jury on Monday.

Steven N. Eubanks, 61, of 1751 Providence Ave., was indicted on a charge of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification stemming from the robbery on Sept. 25.

According to Clark County Municipal Court records, Eubanks entered the business about 9:50 p.m., placed his hand in his jacket and was holding what appeared to be a gun. He demanded money from the cash register, then fled the store, it says.

The grand jury also returned the following indictments:

Frank David Johnson, 18, Lancaster, two counts of violating a protection order.

Francisco Cardoso Flores, 43, Dayton, theft.

Joshua L. Wallen, 32, 1616 Baker Road, domestic violence.

Julius K. Southers, 20, Dayton, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, seven counts of burglary, two counts of receiving stolen property, attempted burglary and theft.

Christina M. Watkins, 32, 1924 Scarboro St., obstructing justice.

William Gordon Dufner Jr., 28, 1530 N. Belmont Ave., receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence.

Diamon Lamarr Walker, 24, 303 N. Race St., Apt. B., domestic violence.

Seth J. Biles, 24, 563 E. McCreight Ave., domestic violence.

Jason M. Hobson, 30, 2202 Gladden Ave., felonious assault, improperly handling a firearm and having weapons under disability.

Jerome Lamar Wood, 22, 919 Innisfallen Ave., burglary.

Harry Rice, 42, at large, two counts of violating a protection order.
