A Clark County grand jury met on Monday and returned the following indictments:

Phillip Hubbard, 24, of 509 W. State St., theft.

Tevin Jackson, 19, of London, Ohio, possession of cocaine.

Fate Burnett II, 31, 502 E. Pleasant St., two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher Wood, 22, of Dayton, two counts improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Thomas Benner, 25, 704 S. York St., domestic violence and disrupting public services.

Gerald Fletcher, 24, of Hillsboro, Ohio, having weapons under disability and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

William Reed Jr., 46, 648 E. High St., breaking and entering.

Richard Austin Jr., 42, 1721 Magnolia St., breaking and entering.

Shaun Hildenbrand, 30, 814 W. North St., domestic violence, obstructing official business and assault.

Aaron Spradlin, 22, 730 Stanton Ave., burglary and attempted burglary.

Donald Boswell Jr., 42, 934 Sherman Ave., two counts of domestic violence.

Francis Bonerigo, 36, 2453 Red Coach Road, domestic violence.
