NEW CARLISLE —
Police are looking for a car with blue headlights which they say hit a utility pole Saturday at Galewood Drive and Kennison Avenue. They said blue headlight glass was found at the scene. The vehicle was gone.
The pole, which had a street light at the top, was broken in the middle. New Carlisle Fire Capt. Doug Pierson said there was concern that the light might fall into traffic.
Pierson said the intersection was closed for about an hour and a half while Ohio Edison crews cut the pole.
