"A consistent breeze will keep the wind chill in the 20s for most of the day," he said.
Tonight, skies clear and the breeze dies down, but temperatures will be the coldest so far this season. Lows will be near 20 degrees, with some spots in the upper teens.
Wednesday will be sunny, "but we won't warm up much," Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek said. Highs in the mid-30s.
Temperatures on Thursday will reach the mid-40s.
