WHIO-TV earns 9 EMMY nominations

WHIO-TV is the recipient of nine EMMY Award nominations by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

News Center 7 is nominated for overall station excellence and best newscast. Winners of the 49th Annual Ohio Valley Regional EMMY Awards will be announced at a Cincinnati event July 20.

The station is the No. 1 ranked Dayton TV station and the No. 1 ranked CBS affiliate in the nation.
