More clearing is expected overnight, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brett Collar said. Temperatures will fall into the middle 30s. More clouds will move in by daybreak.

Monday: First day of spring! Spring begins at 6:29 a.m. Showers return and there could even be a few thunderstorms as well. The severe threat overall is minimal, but gusty winds and heavy rain will be possible. Highs will reach the lower 50s.

Tuesday: A few lingering showers are possible under mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the lower 50s.

Wednesday: More sunshine and cooler conditions are expected with highs in the lower 40s.

Thursday: Partly cloudy skies are on tap highs near 50 degrees.

Friday: The chance for rain returns under mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the lower to middle 60s.
