Mumford and Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road Stopover festival schedule released


The line up has been set for Mumford and Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road Stopover festival Aug. 30 and 31 in Troy.

Troy is one of only a handful of cities selected to host stops in the English folk rock band’s tour.

Fans will have plenty to hear and see beginning with the kick off of a street fair in downtown Troy at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.

Festivities include live music, late night shows and a documentary film on three outdoor stages and at select indoor venues.

Fair admission is $5, according to Karin Manovich of Troy Main Street Inc.

Gentlemen of the Road two-day ‘passport” tickets are now on sale for $109.

Those with passport tickets can attend the street fair at no additional charge, but must purchase tickets to the late night shows. Non-camping festival-goers should park at WACO airfield on Friday and Saturday. There will be a shuttle.

Below is the rundown from Troy Main Street Inc. The Gentlemen of the Road Stopover shows scheduled for Friday and Saturday are listed first.
