DETAILED FORECAST

Overnight, mostly cloudy skies are expected with a couple of light and spotty showers, though not much rain is expected, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brett Collar said. Temperatures will be steady in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy skies are expected with highs in the middle 50s. The chance for rain will be there, but it will not be an all day event. Keep the umbrella handy, though, if you have any plans to be out.

Tuesday: Cloudy skies are expected with highs in the middle 50s. The rain will end in the evening, which is when colder air begins to move in.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy skies are on tap with highs in the lower 30s.

Thursday: Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected with highs in the lower to middle 20s. A few flurries or light snow showers are possible, but there should not be much accumulation.

Friday: Partly cloudy skies are expected with highs in the lower 20s. Temperatures in the morning will be in single digits, with wind chills below zero possible.
