Oakwood-raised actress Allison Janney is among six Hollywood heavy hitters featured in a new article in "The Hollywood Reporter" on the subject that has dominated headlines since news of the Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment scandal first broke.

As part of the roundtable discussion for the article, Janney, the star of CBS' "Mom" and recent film "I, Tonya," said:
I'm very fortunate that I have never experienced any kind of harassment, and the only reason I can think of is that I'm 5-foot-15 and my career didn't start till I was like 38. I was always aware of the casting couch — that was just something I thought women had to navigate growing up in the business. But it's exciting to think of a time where kids growing up won't know what that is, that it will be a thing of the past, and there won't be any more abuse of power. It's exciting to think of our culture changing.
Janney, a recent Dayton-area Walk of Fame inductee, discussed her height and not being seen as the Hollywood ingénue in a recent article with this news organization.
