Columbus shooting leaves two dead, including pregnant woman 


Two people, including a 35-week pregnant woman, are dead and one person is in critical condition after a shooting occurred in west Columbus late Monday night, according to Columbus police.

The incident happened around 11:45 p.m. in the 600 block of South Hague Avenue.

One man died at the scene and the pregnant woman later died at the hospital. Doctors were, however, able to deliver and save her baby, according to our partners at WBNS in Columbus.

Dispatchers are not currently releasing the victim’s names.

Police are looking for a gray SUV that may have bullet holes on the side. It might be associated with a suspect involved in the incident.

Investigators could not immediately provide a license plate number of the vehicle.
