Elaina Anne Feagans, 25, of Rosewood Avenue, was arrested Sunday, Nov. 29 on charges of domestic violence, assault and disrupting public services.

According to a police report, Feagans poured a beer on the head of a man she knew at the Night Gallery Lounge, 1610 Mitchell Blvd. She then began punching him about the face and head, causing injury. Outside the bar, the man took out his cell phone to call for help, but Feagans took it, the report said.

According to the report, both parties left the bar and Feagans was located later where she was arrested and taken to the Clark County Jail.
