A Northeastern High School student is reported injured following a single-vehicle crash in the 9700 block of Old Columbus Road this morning, Nov. 17.

Brandon Krugh, 16, was taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital after the pickup truck he was driving crashed into a pole at 9:10 a.m.

The cause of the crash isn’t clear and deputies are still investigating, said Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly.

Krugh was alert at the scene and officials report that he was transported to Miami Valley Hospital as a precaution.

Krugh was wearing a seat belt, said Kelly.

No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported.
