A Springfield man was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 3, after he was accused of fondling himself in public.

According to a report by the Springfield Police Division, Jeremy R. Taylor, 30, of 519 Cedar St., was arrested on a charge of public indecency at 3:25 p.m. and was ordered into court.

The report showed a woman was on her way to Snowhill Elementary School to pick up her child when she saw Taylor standing under a tree in the 400 block of West Harding Road. The report shows Taylor is accused of exposing and fondling himself in front of the woman.
