SPRINGFIELD — Police are searching for a man who fired two shots into a home in the 1500 block of Lexington Avenue about 1:30 p.m. today, Oct. 30.

No one was injured, and the resident was not inside the house at the time of the shooting, police said. The resident, who the News-Sun is not identifying, said she was outside of the home when she noticed two men fighting in front of the home. One man then fired a shot in her front window, walked to the side of the house and fired another shot, she said.
