Several arrested in Urbana over weekend

Several people were arrested in Urbana, according to information from the Urbana Police Division today, Jan. 4.

They include:

• Fred J. Fraley, 39, of 1108 Miami St., on a charge of obstructing official business.

• Timothy E. Johnson, 44, of 535 Bloomfield Ave., Urbana, on a charge of driving while under the influence.

• Kristi Marie Jones, 23, of 647 E. Court St., Urbana, on a charge of obstructing official business.

• James Ozro Rivers, Jr., 24, of 855 Eichelberger Drive, Urbana, on a charge of obstructing official business.

• Ryan L. Souders, 23, of 6825 Urbana Woodstock, Cable, on a charge of assault.

• Scott J. Spicer, 34, of Prospect, Ohio, on a charge of assault.

• Corey D. Parker, 18, of 638 S. Walnut St., Urbana, on a charge of offenses involving underage persons.

• Angela D. Poarch, 25, of 203 Sara St., Urbana, on a charge of theft.

• Miles K. Ball, 23, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, on a charge of failure to appear.
