2 arrested on stolen property charges Sunday

• Lindsay T. Cade, 43, of 1812 Woodward Ave., and Lisa K. Wells, 45, of 504 Fair St., were arrested on charges of receiving stolen property Sunday after police found them to be in possession of items stolen earlier in the day during a burglary on the 500 block of Fair Street. Both were processed and released with court dates.

Thefts

• A central air conditioning unit, valued at $800, was taken from outside a home in the 200 block of North Arlington Avenue on Wednesday or Thursday, according to a Sunday report.

• A PlayStation 3 and games, valued around $300, plus $200 in cash were taken from a home in the 1100 block of East Main Street on Saturday or Sunday, according to police.
